So this massive renovation project of the twelve-story former Missouri Theater building at 634 Grand Boulevard is not really a 2017 announcement. But it has gained serious steam during the year, and a September, 2017 report from the Post-Dispatch reminded me that this one if moving forward quickly:
“This is the last empty historic building standing on Grand Boulevard,” said Grand Center president and CEO Karin Hagaman at the event dedicating a plaque to the building’s namesake, Angad Paul.
”
This massive mixed use project will not only bring a 146 room hotel, but a relocation of Bull Moose Industries headquarters from Chesterfield, Missouri to St. Louis bringing its 75 corporate employees to 25,000 square feet of space in the building. There will also be a restaurant and rooftop bar.
